“staff of fine people”

Dear Dr. Magalhaes,

I really need to let you know how wonderful your entire staff is at your Fashion Crossing location.  I had had a complete eye exam in February when my doctor discovered a bleed behind my left eye.  Since my fall physical was good, he recommended that I return in 6 months for another look.  I took his advice as I felt immediately comfortable with him as he had explained every part of every procedure to me.  This was something my former eye doctor did not do! Luckily, upon my most recent exam the bleed was gone.

Additionally, the young ladies at the front desk that are the first faces to represent you to the public do an admirable job.  They are kind and courteous even when faced with customers that are less so.  They walked me through the insurance procedure with knowledge and when my plan changed recently to Humana they were quick to say just wait until after the first of the year and then check back with us as things could change.  This is very smart to not lose a customer ahead of time.  In fact, it would pain me to not do business with your staff of fine people.

Just thought you should know.  My apologies for not knowing their names.
